Aimee

Following major back surgery at the age of 15, Aimee began her health and fitness journey to support her recovery. During this time, Aimee discovered a passion for strength training and the positive impact it had on not only her recovery from her back surgery however also her overall quality of life.

Aimee then went on to complete a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Aimee is now a fully Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Aimee is passionate about prescribing exercise to help improve her diverse clients’ overall quality of life and physical function and believes in an evidence-based approach to exercise prescription, while understanding there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution.

Aimee works closely with her clients to understand their stories, using this information to tailor exercise programs as well as sustainable behavioral and lifestyle modifications so they can crush their goals.
